Installation Instructions

To install this application, extract the contents of the downloaded package to a directory of your choice.

The XTCRS Checker application has been built to use shared libraries, which are included as part of the package. The system-dependent "standard search paths" are used to locate the libraries when the application is run. Unix and Win32 systems have similar procedures for finding these shared libraries, but each requires environment variables to be set appropriately. In order to run the application, you will need to add to your current path the paths to the application executable and the shared libraries.

To start the application, invoke the binary executable from the root directory (directory to which the download was extracted).

You do not need to download or install the SEDRIS SDK to use this tool. See the README file and the Users Guide in the download for detailed usage instructions.
