DESCRIPTION

This free tool allows the user to browse and query the EDCS SDK Release 4.2 via a graphical user interface.

NOTE:  ISO/IEC 18025 (EDCS Standard) allows new concepts to be specified by the registration of new entries to the standard.  New entries to the EDCS are registered using the established procedures of the ISO/IEC Registration Authority for Items.

RELEASE INFORMATION

The current version is 1.0. This tool is EDCS 4.2 compliant.

The application is linked statically, and additional documentation is included in the download. You do not need to download or install the SEDRIS SDK to use this tool.

FEATURES

• Browse the different EDCS dictionaries via an HTML-like interface.
• Search for keywords within all of the EDCS.
• Perform unit conversions based on the EDCS Unit Dictionary's unit conversion capabilities.
• Forward map EDCS 4.0 concepts via the EDCS 4.0 to EDCS 4.2 mapping library.
• Forward map FACC 2.1 concepts via the FACC 2.1 to EDCS 4.2 mapping library.

LIMITATIONS

• None.

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

Hardware

• Recommended minimum CPU speed for Intel based machines is 200 MHz.
• Recommended minimum RAM for all supported platforms is 128 MB.
• Minimum disk space required is 20 MB.
